CE-MARKED MEDICAL DEVICE

Perhaps you have heard of the new European law (MDR, Medical Device Regulation), with which all (para)medical software tools (e.g. e-health programmes, online platforms and apps) must comply as of 26 May 2021. This new law has a major impact on all providers of (para)medical software tools, but it will also change things for you as a healthcare provider. You are responsible for ensuring that as of 26 May 2021, you only use CE-marked software.
